Nylon staining inhibitor for dyeing of nylon/cellulose blends
Neoleve NYC-D (direct dyes, neutral fixation type reactive dyes) and NYC-R (reactive dyes)
In dyeing method (2), the hand of nylon is superior
This is one-bath dyeing of nylon/cotton blend with acid/reactive dyestuff (neutral fixing). Since this method does not require alkali, dyeing without causing damage to the hand of nylon is possible. The use of Neoleve NYC-D in this dyeing method will produce outstanding effects in the prevention of nylon staining.
In this dyeing method, nylon staining due to neutral fixing reactive dyestuff is significant on the acid side. It is important to select acid dyestuffs superior in neutral dyeing, staining cellulose, resistance to Glauber's salt (in the case of deep shades).
